This may be because you ordered a top that is too large. If it fits loosely around the chest/body, we recommend exchanging it for a smaller size for free. Do this in the return portal.
You must register your return or exchange through the return portal before sending the item back – Click on the portal below.
Read this before returning
Your return or exchange will not be accepted if:
• The return period of 14 days has expired.
• The item is not properly packaged and has been damaged during transport.
• The item is not in its original condition, for example, with traces of perfume, makeup, or cigarette smell.
• Hangtags have been removed or damaged.
• The item is refused upon delivery, return and shipping costs will be charged.
Frequently asked questions
I need a return label?
It may take up to 72 hours (weekdays) for our system to create and send a label.
Your return is registered in the label you requested so it does not violate your right of return.
You will receive your label at the email you provided when purchasing.
You can either print or write your label-less code on your package with a marker.
To protect the environment, we do not include a return label in the packages. If you wish to exchange, you must do this via our online return and exchange portal Click here
How do I make an exchange?
In the case of an exchange, return shipping is free.
- Create your exchange and size via the returns portal Click here
- Please provide your order number and email address used for the first order.
- Once we receive your return, your exchange order will be shipped as soon as possible.
How do I make a return?
Follow these steps:
- Complete your return via our returns portal Click here
- Pack your items securely, preferably in the same bag they were shipped in. Do not use a larger bag or box as this will incur an additional fee.
- Print or write your label-less code clearly on the bag (the code is in the left corner of your label).
- Drop off your return package at the nearest DAO parcel shop.

Does it cost to return?
If you regret your purchase, return shipping costs 45 kr with our label.
You can also send the package yourself at no extra cost – follow the guide below.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, it is free. The return amount will be adjusted upon refund.
I don't have a printer?
Our labels are print-free. If you select our labels in the portal, they will come with a label-less code in the bottom left corner.
You can therefore choose whether you want to print it or write the code clearly on your package.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the DAO can read your code, so make sure to write it clearly.

Has my return arrived?
It may take up to 10 business days to process your return from the time it arrives at our warehouse.
Once it has been processed, you will receive an email. In the meantime, you can track your return with the tracking number from your label. Click here
How does refund work?

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get your money back that you have paid to us - return shipping costs.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Refund for gift cards
If you choose this option, the full amount will be refunded and you will not have to pay for your return. If you have chosen this method, the money cannot be refunded subsequently.
You are entitled to one free exchange. For additional exchanges/returns, shipping and return shipping fees will apply.
Complaint
- If you have received an item that is, for example, damaged, please contact our customer service with your order number and a picture of what is wrong.
- If you have received the wrong item/wrong size, please contact our customer service with your order number.
How do I use my gift card?
Upon receipt of a gift card, it can be used within a period of up to 3 years.
When you order a gift card, you will receive a personal code via email, which can be used on the payment page on our website.
You are allowed one free exchange. If you wish to make further exchanges/returns for a different style, size or product, fees will be charged for return and shipping costs.
If you have received a gift card via the portal or as a gift, this unfortunately cannot be changed to a regular refund.

Do you send the package yourself?

This is a business address and we do not pick up at a parcel shop . Please note that this is not a home delivery, but to a business address.

Remember to enclose a note with your name and order number so we can identify the shipment.
Cancellations must be reported via the portal no later than 14 days after dispatch, and returns must be made no later than 10 days after.
